Refund & Return Policy
1. Currency
Orders are charged in USD. Standard tiers are $30, $60, $90, $120, $150, and $200. Approved refunds are returned in USD to the original payment method when technically possible.
2. Personalized digital services
Because each order is created from your unique brief and source materials, cancellation/refund rights may be narrower once production has started. Please confirm your requirements carefully before approval.
3. Cancellation before production
If you cancel before production begins and no irreversible labor cost has been incurred, we will refund your payment in USD, subject to payment-processor timelines.
4. After production starts
Once production starts, no-refund may apply except where we fail to deliver, cancel the order, or law requires a remedy.
5. Defects and non-conformity
- If delivered files have a clear service defect or materially deviate from the confirmed brief (e.g. wrong concept, wrong dimensions, unusable file), contact us within 7 days with evidence.
- When responsibility is confirmed, we may provide a rework, partial refund, or full refund as reasonable.
- Differences caused by incomplete instructions, low-quality source materials, uncalibrated displays, or subjective preference may not qualify as defects.
6. Failed or missing online delivery
If files are not received due to technical delivery failure, see our Shipping Policy and contact us for re-delivery verification.
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds generally post within 3-15 business days, depending on payment channels.
