Digital Delivery Policy
1. Delivery scope
We deliver personalized image orders as digital files online by default. Delivery is completed by email attachment, cloud link, or another agreed online method. No physical parcel shipment is included unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Production timeline
- Production starts after brief confirmation and successful payment in USD (standard public tiers are $30, $60, $90, $120, $150, and $200 unless custom quoted).
- Typical production is 3-7 business days for common requests. Complex or multi-round projects may take longer.
- Peak periods or force majeure may cause delay; we will notify you when practicable.
3. Delivery channel and extra fees
Standard digital delivery has no courier charge. If you request expedited turnaround, special file conversion, or custom transfer methods, additional service fees may apply as shown in your quote.
4. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is completed when files or a valid download link are sent to your contact email. Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam/junk folders.
5. File review and issues
Review delivered files promptly. If files are inaccessible, links are broken, or outputs materially differ from the confirmed brief, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See also our Refund Policy.
6. Access responsibility
Delivery is deemed completed when files or a valid link are sent to your provided contact details. You are responsible for timely download and local backup.
