Unless mandatory law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Mainland), including applicable consumer, e-commerce, and personal-information regulations.
3. Services
We provide customized digital image services based on your brief and source materials. Published package prices are USD $30, $60, $90, $120, $150, and $200 unless otherwise agreed. Final scope, revision rounds, and online delivery timing are confirmed before production.
4. Customer content
- You confirm you have legal rights to all materials you submit.
- You must not submit unlawful or infringing content.
- You remain responsible for third-party claims related to your submitted materials to the extent permitted by law.
5. Orders and payment
A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is completed. Prices may be corrected for obvious errors before confirmation.
6. Cancellation
Because services are personalized, cancellation/refund rights may be limited after production starts. See Refund Policy.
7. Online delivery
Delivery methods, timeframes, and completion standards are described in our Shipping Policy (digital delivery policy).
8. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to us or our licensors. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted materials solely to complete your order and support after-sales service.
9. Liability
Where allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Dispute resolution
Please contact us first for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to a competent people’s court at the seller’s domicile unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
